By accessing the IndiThrob website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products & availability

Product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, prices, offers and availability are presented as accurately as practical, but slight variations can occur due to photography, displays, fabric batches, production processes or measurement tolerances. Stock and offers may change without notice.

Pricing & promotions

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Discounts, coupons and promotions may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Invalid, expired or misused offers may be rejected.

Orders & payments

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and shipping details. Orders may be cancelled or held due to stock issues, payment problems, pricing errors, suspicious activity, fraud prevention or operational limitations.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. Courier delays, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, holidays, weather and events outside reasonable control can affect timelines. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Returns, exchanges & claims

Ordinary size exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Exchange & Returns. An unboxing video is optional; clear photographs, order records and other reasonable evidence can support product complaints.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable Indian consumer-protection law. The 7-day window and unused-item conditions for ordinary size or preference exchanges do not remove rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, missing or misdescribed goods.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its functionality, place fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, scrape protected content or provide false information.

Intellectual property

IndiThrob brand assets, product designs, graphics, photographs, copy and other original content may not be copied, modified or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

Checkout, payments, logistics, analytics and other services can be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and technical availability.

Liability & force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, IndiThrob is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the website, third-party interruptions or events outside reasonable control. Any direct liability is limited as applicable under law and the relevant transaction.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Customer complaints

Email info@indithrob.com or call/WhatsApp +91 93283 92023. Please include your Order ID, contact details and a description of the issue. Clear photographs help us review a product complaint.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt, provide a copy of the complaint as recorded, and resolve it within one month of receipt. If we need more information, we will explain what is required and keep you informed. These timelines do not extend or replace any shorter deadline that applies under law.
