Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests only in eligible cases such as:

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

To raise an exchange request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any damage, missing item, wrong product, or defect claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package before opening
  • Complete unboxing process
  • Product condition
  • Order label / shipping label

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Size Exchange

Size exchange may be accepted depending on stock availability and product condition.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The product must be in original condition.
  • Tags and packaging should be intact.
  • The exchange request must be raised within the allowed time period.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Requests raised after the allowed time period
  • Claims without required proof or unboxing video

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup availability depends on your location and courier service availability. If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may need to ship the product back to us.
