Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
We allow size exchange subject to product availability.
To be eligible for size exchange:
If the requested size is unavailable, exchange may not be possible.
Customers may request an exchange for another product, subject to approval and stock availability.
If the replacement product value is higher, the customer must pay the price difference.
Exchange to a lower-value product may not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must contact IndiThrob support within 48 hours of delivery with complete order details.
For any damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
Exchange or return may not be accepted in the following cases:
Refunds are processed only in approved cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the claim is verified by our team.
Once approved and inspected, refunds may take 7–10 business days to be processed to the original payment method.
Reverse pickup availability depends on your location and courier service availability.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, the customer may need to ship the product back to us.
